Long Term Maintenance for Halls (2024) - Glen Eyre Package

The University of Southampton is to appoint a suitably experienced and competent Contractor to undertake various Long Term Maintenance (LTM) Works at the University of Southampton's Glen Eyre Student Halls of Residence. The Works comprise of the following specific elements/areas: -road resurfacing to a section of UoS owned road at Glen Eyre Halls -internal refurbishment of circulation spaces (corridors, lobbies, stairs) within Hartley Grove blocks B and C and replacement of storage heaters with electric panel heaters in circulation spaces and kitchens -internal refurbishment and alteration of staff break spaces in New Terrace T, Hartley Grove B and Chancellors Court (Jellicoe)
