Provision of Replacement Plethysmography Equipment

Public Health England (PHE) has awarded a contract to Data Science International (DSI) to replace the obsolete Plethysmography equipment used by Biological Investigation Groups of Research Department, part of the National Infection Service (NIS). Replacement of this equipment will allow continued delivery of contractual obligations and which underpins the success of a number of projects, especially those in the Tuberculosis programme. The measurements and previous data obtained are important and are constantly referred back to from our studies. The data generated using the now obsolete Plethysmography equipment is from Data Science International (DSI),who are the manufacturer of the required equipment and sole supplier in the UK. To maintain the accuracy and continuity of our projects, we must continue to use DSI's equipment.
