Consultancy Support for Municipal Waste Strategy Review

The contract is to provide Consultancy Support Service for the delivery of a new 5-year municipal waste strategy that will set the direction of waste collection and disposal services for the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Developing a new municipal strategy will involve setting up a clear vision, goals and objectives; review of current achievements and performance; desktop research to analyse industry-wide best practice; focus on key action areas and identify clear KPIs to measure success. The strategy will also be subject to wider public consultation and wider Council governance before final adoption.
