Contract for repairs & maintenance to glass & glazing on public buildings

This procurement is for a single contractor framework to undertake glazing repairs to council owned buildings. The winning contractor must supply all materials required and undertake installation. The contract is expected to begin in December 2019 and is expected to run until October 2022. No work is guaranteed through this contract. When the winning contractor is called-off they will be expected to undertake the work within 24 hours. If this cannot be achieved then Unitas is free to find an alternative provider. The quotations received will be judged on price alone. Contractors will be required to provide evidence of holding £5m Public Liability insurance and £5m Employers Liability. cure the call-off for Glass & Glazing repairs & Maintenance works within specific Unitas operated & maintained premises
