MLCSU require the service provider to provision SME input to enable the following outcomes within the Black Country ICR programmes that MLCSS DT are delivering: • Provide SME insight to support development of ICR Road Map • Provide SME insight to support development of ICR Technical Roadmap • Provide SME insight to develop data model to support PHR requirements • Provide SME insight to support DT Team to support technical project go-live of onward functionality • Provide SME input to programme assurance framework. Provide SME input to challenge technical dependency planning across the programme.
