CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF BUILDING SURVEY SERVICES

South Oxfordshire District Council is looking to acquire up to 30 properties ranging from 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. Vale of White Horse District Council is looking to acquire up to 8 properties ranging from 1 and 2 bedrooms. This is to include standard template reports with detailed building surveys/RICS Level 3 surveys, a schedule of cost estimates for defects and repairs, reinstatement values, review of EPC, review of statutory reports.
