Procurement of Planned and Reactive Building Services

The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint a contractor, or contractors, to provide planned and reactive building maintenance services to a number of properties within its portfolio. The contract will initially provide services to three 'Extra Care' residential villages and and six sheltered housing properties. The sheltered housing properties are a mixture of apartment buildings with communal access and direct access apartments. The contract is divided into Lots for Mechanical & Electrical Services and Fire & Security Services.
