Business Rate Maximisation

The Council is seeking a contractor that can undertake Business Rate maximisation work on its behalf which will involve accessing a wide range of sources to identify missing properties and undervalued assessments and the provision of a hosted service that accurately monitors rateable value, estimates the effect on outstanding proposals and case manages reported cases reported cases. The successful contractor will have rating expertise to provide technical support where required.in this process and liaise with the VOA.
