Shipping Container Castor Set Quotation for ISO Spaces South West Ltd

ISO Spaces South West Ltd design, manufacture and install shipping container conversions. In the last 12 months our workforce has grown by 200%; which is reflective of our order book. With rapid growth, comes new logistical challenges. Despite expanding our factory to 17,000sq feet, the issues associated with the day to day safe movement and storage of our product, continues to impact productivity. Consequently, we need to increase the level of equipment required to move the rising volume of containers being moved or stored on site. Due to building restrictions; the solution must remain limited to the use of castors. Each set of castors must be made of Polyurethane, handle a minimum static load of 2 tonnes (per castor) and all 4 castors that make up a set, must be able to fully swivel to 360 degrees. This needs to be a complete solution; provide ready to place shipping containers on. 20 sets of such castors are required to fulfil this order. *** Invitation to tender details attached***
