For clarity the estimated published contract value of £1.05B (excluding VAT) issued in the ITT is reflective of the call-off values of the frameworks over the possible 7 year period of the new contract and includes all the possible framework spend based on current data trends as well as potential growth. The contract value between the framework provider and the suppliers will be a fraction of this value depending on the % rebates applied to the gross call-off spend.
