Switch Island intersect between the M57 and A5036. The equipment to include Install, maintenance ongoing calibration. The requirement is to address perceived safety concerns at the Switch Island intersect between the M57 and A5036 at two conflict areas. Using Jenoptik average speed cameras and speed on green (red-light and spot speed) enforcement to mitigate the issues identified.
