GB-London: Leicester Court Remedial Works

Network Homes (NH) wishes to carryout water ingress remedial works, renewals and refurbishment works at Leicester Court. This is one of four blocks on this estate (Eaton Plaza) where there are water ingress problems, water penetration and dampness. BRE investigations to Leicester Court have been carried out including invasive investigations carried out in May and August 2015. BRE reported and then presented findings and their recommendations for remedial works to all blocks which are starting with pilot works to Leicester Court. Once these are complete and reviewed with lessons leaned, works will be required to the other 3 blocks.
