SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION (Lots 1 - 6)

The provision of supported accommodation services will be divided into the following lots with each lot expressing the target number of units required. Lot 1: 85 Units of accommodation and support for individuals aged 16 years+ Contract value for support costs should not exceed £391,000 per annum Lot 2: 75 Units of accommodation and support individuals from aged 16 years+ Contract value for support cost should not exceed £345,000 per annum Lot 3: 50 Units of accommodation and support individuals from aged 16 years+ Contract value for support cost should not exceed £230,000 per annum. Lot 4: 20 Units of accommodation and support individuals from aged 16years+ Contract value for support cost should not exceed £92,000 per annum Lot 5: 10 Units of accommodation and support individuals from 16 years+. Contract value for support cost should not exceed £46,000 per annum Lot 6: 10 Units of accommodation and support individuals from 16 years+. Contract value for support cost should not exceed £46,000 per annum.
