Provision of Building Cleaning Services

The Council has in place an existing contract for cleaning services at Corporate Properties across the council. This includes Offices, Day Care Centres, Libraries, etc. This will now be re-procured. At present there are circa 60 properties within the existing contract however, this number may reduce over the next three years as the Council continues its programme of consolidation of assets.
