Ellington Phase 2 Groundworks

To appoint a sub-contractor to carry out groundworks as part of the Ellington Phase 2 works which comprises 69 new build dwellings at the former Ellington Colliery, Lynemouth Road, Ellington. The works include the completion of groundworks to 69nr plots. Works to include foundations, plot and internal drainage, service trenches, making up ground levels and hard landscaping which are to be constructed following the Coast Engineering drawings attached with the ITT.
