Description
The Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to deliver keyholding, emergency response and property access in support of its existing arrangements for Facilities Management. Requests for work will come direct from the service for property access requests or the alarmed receiving centre for emergency response requests. No minimum quantities of work are guaranteed by the Council. Emergency Response Services will be required from 18:00 - 06:00 Monday to Friday and 24 hours Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays, additional requests may be made to cover school holidays and sickness. Times for opening and closing of buildings will be given with Requests for Service. This Contract involves a service category under Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and is therefore subject to the Light Touch procurement regime set out at Chapter 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This Contract is not subject to the full application of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
