Description
The Authority is seeking quotes for a Behavioral Based Selection Interview Training and Giving Feedback Training Courses. These course are aimed at all recruiting managers/recruiting panel members and the aim is to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills to effectively recruit to behaviors, running value based recruitment and selection processes and providing feedback. As this is a call off contract the Authority cannot guarantee any spend or minimum level of spend or any of these courses. The number and frequency of courses booked will be subject to the identification of need through recruitment and individual's personal development plans.
