Description

The current Soft FM Services at Stansted Airport is reaching natural expiry. Soft Facilities Management Services are essential for the day-to-day operation of the airport, maintaining health and safety across the airport, and remaining environmentally compliant whilst having a large impact on the image of Stansted Airport. Suppliers will need to provide consumables, materials and services at short notice to meet Stansted Airport's SLAs, therefore having robust contracts in place with Suppliers who have experience in providing these services is vital, while giving Stansted Airport certainty over consumables, labour, maintenance and servicing costs. This Procurement supports MAG's strategic objective of consolidating its supplier list and obtaining an optimum number of suppliers for all goods and services, whilst developing strong partnerships with suppliers as well as ensuring Continuous Improvement in all areas.
