Description
Citizens Advice 1066 is seeking to procure the services of a suitably qualified supplier of community energy advice services who, as part of a company or organisation, can deliver a low-carbon home demonstration event combined with a community engagement programme focussed on behaviour change related to efficient energy consumption. The campaign will involve the promotion of community-led energy initiatives and the design of an effective community engagement strategy that will achieve an increased uptake of renewable energy systems and energy saving home improvements in St Leonards-on-Sea to reduce carbon.
