Award Notice for the Provision and Installation of an Applicant Tracking System

This Award Notice follows the University of Chester seeking tenders for an Applicant Tracking System to replace a Recruitment Authorisation system with the aim of going live in December 2024. The system has been procured on an initial 4-year contract with the possibility of contract extensions for a further 2 years subject to performance reviews. The University required supplier led full system specification and implementation plan plus user training, maintenance and ongoing helpdesk support. Please note that all values in the Award Notice have been rounded up and are for the full potential 6 year length of the contract including optional extension years and exclude VAT.
