ACTIVITY RESOURCE PLANNING PROCESS (A&RP) FORECAST GENERATION

Army HQ are in the process of rolling out the Activity and Resource Planning (A&RP) process across all the Equipments/Platforms managed within the Land Equipment Operating Centre (LEOC) within DE&S. The outcome of Programme GEM will enable Army HQ and DE&S Operating Staff in the LEOC to more accurately cost the demand plan resulting from HQ Army activity plannining and enable informed decisions to be taken on the cost-effective provision of logistic and equipment support. This FATS tasking is one part of the GEM Programme to provide technical support for the roll out of A&RP within Army HQ and the remaining LEOC areas, namely, Operational Insfrastructure, Armoured Vehicles and Soldier Training and Special Programmes (STSP)
