Description

Oldham Council are seeking to commission a service that will work with targeted groups of children, young people and their families to encourage them to become empowered to make informed choices, raise aspirations and ensure children and young people fulfil their full potential in line with Family Hubs and Best Start for Life services. The successful provider will work proactively with a range of key partners and stakeholders including children and young people and their families to deliver a service that achieves positive outcomes for all. There are elements to this service which include: • Community Outreach and Parenting Peer Support • Strengthening Parental Confidence through Play Base Learning • Mental Health Peer Support • Befriending Service Oldham are ideally seeking to work with one overall lead provider. The successful provider will deliver high quality provision and effectively engage with and inspire young people to be ambitious. It is expected the provider will meet all KPI's and outcomes outlined within the specification.
