Description
Newcastle City council is seeking to procure a cloud-based fully operational digital GIS Site Assessment Tool (SAT) that can perform key essential site assessment analysis to comply with the Government's prescribed planning tests for housing and employment development sites: identifying land suitable for homes and employment through assessment of future development sites and testing the expected urban capacity. As part of this work, and following changes in national Planning Reform and proposals for a digital planning system, we are seeking a digital solution to help identify and assess land which may be available for development. The documents can be accessed on our E-Tendering Platform at www.nepo.org The contract is expected to go live on 1 August 2024 for a period of 24 months with a 2 x 12 month options to extend. Mobilisation and implementation to commence from April 2024.
