Street Outreach Settlement

Croydon Council is looking for a supplier to provide a new Street Outreach, Tenancy Sustainment and Resettlement Service aligns with Croydon's Rough Sleeping and Homelessness. The street outreach, casework and move on services for people who are street homeless in Croydon, which together make up the Outreach Service. The service includes street outreach, resettlement and tenancy sustainment service, a floating support service and Substance Misuse worker. Together the service provides a seamless service to identify individuals who are street homeless, enable a move off the streets and to prevent a return to the streets.
