Hollins Grove - Lift Modernisation

We have a lift that is obsolete at Hollins Grove, this is a retirement life block containing vulnerable elderly tenants who rely on the lift for access to the building to live their respective daily lives. The lift has become damaged during an emergency rescue operation, and the lift has had some floors decommissioned. The lift has received temporary repairs utilized by restricting certain floors and using respective parts, however this means the only viable alternative access is stairs which doesn't meet the equality needs of most of the residents and poses a high risk.
