Oxford Skills Strategy - AWARD

Oxford City Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified consultant to develop a skills strategy for Oxford. The overall purpose of the skills strategy is to identify skills gaps for employers and barriers for employment, education and training for residents, and to make recommendations for actions that are deliverable.
