The CMA's Remedies, Business and Financial Analysis (RBFA) function requires expertise to support its activities by the provision of technical advice on cost of capital, profitability and other related financial analysis on a recurring basis and across the full range of projects the CMA undertakes. The requirement was scoped to allow the CMA to appoint up to 4 experts.
