In Country Support (South East Asia) - AWARD

The selected provider must be a legitimate and permanent establishment in South East Asia with extensive knowledge of the legal operating environment in South East Asia including regulations for permanent establishment in the country. The provider must demonstrate that they have support services in place to minimise the risk of breaching regulations for the University. They must also have specialist knowledge beyond higher education in South East Asia and be able to advise the University on legal issues relating to internationalisation strategies.
