Framework for Energy Performance Inspections of Buildings

The purpose of this Framework is to assist Sunderland City Council to comply with their duties under the "Energy Performance of Buildings Directive" to provide Energy Performance Certificates, Display Energy Certificates and Air Conditioning Inspections. The framework lots will cover; Lot 1.0: Domestic Energy Performance Certificates Lot 2.1: Level 3 Non-Domestic Energy Performance Certificate Lot 2.2: Level 4 Non-Domestic Energy Performance Certificate Lot 3.0: Display Energy Certificate Lot 4.1: Level 3 Air Conditioning Inspection Lot 4.2: Level 4 Air Conditioning Inspection
