HR Employee Engagement

As a leading organisation we recognise the many benefits of an engaged workforce and have had an employee engagement survey in place since 2006. Engagement is a fundamental part of our future organisational strategy and vision, as we aim to be a Top 10 employer within and outside of the Housing sector. More information on our ambitions can be found here: https://www.abri.co.uk/about/strategy-and-vision Our engagement scores and data fundamentally underpin our current organisational, departmental, diversity and inclusion, health and wellbeing plans.We currently run a survey every 6 weeks, to keep on the pulse of how our employees are feeling. We are looking for a provider to supply an employee engagement survey platform, to enable us to continue to obtain real-time feedback from all employees (circa 1600 and growing!)
