COV - Supply, Planting, Maintenance and Watering of Seasonal Bedding Plants and Containers

Coventry City Council invited tenders for the provision of bedding plants for War Memorial Park, Coombe Abbey, Canley Crematorium and hanging baskets. This includes the planting, maintenance, and watering of one square metre bedding containers and hanging baskets. The Supplier will be responsible for supplying annual bedding plants for parks, plants for one metre square planters, and maintaining and watering these features throughout the year. Tenders were invited on 22 May 2025 through OCID ocds-h6vhtk-051ed0. No tenders were received at the tender submission deadline and the Council sought to Switch to Direct Award (s.43 of the Procurement Act 2023). However, the Council incorrectly published a UK12 Procurement Termination Notice that was not required.
