East Sussex County Council has a Statutory Duty to ensure regular surveys are undertaken to determine the condition of public highways within the County of East Sussex. East Sussex County Council is seeking a Service Provider (the "Service Provider") to undertake such services as described in The Service Specification. This tender is for a Procurement of a 2-year contract for SCANNER Survey on all A, B and C Roads - excluding Roundabouts.
