Description
The University is awarding a contract to a Service Engineer to provide input at RIBA 2 associated with the feasibility to test a number of options within the Merck building for around six PBIH (Precision Biology Innovation Hub) projects without undertaking a deep retrofit. Detailed Requirements: The services engineer's scope is to assist the other design team member to input to a RIBA 2 report for the initial works required in the Merck building at Chilworth Science Park; including: • Review existing building services • Advise on any short term plant replacement • Attend weekly meetings • Site visit • Review as installed drawings • Meet with UoS E & F colleagues to understand any LTM issues.
