Gazetteer Management Service

Cadent is seeking information from the market on modern, cloud‑based Gazetteer Management solutions capable of supporting critical operational functions such as address search, address matching, data maintenance and secure API‑driven integration across multiple enterprise systems. An RFI will be issued and aims to understand the capabilities, performance, resilience, data-handling, integration patterns, and support models available from suppliers who can deliver a highly accurate, scalable and fully managed SaaS platform. We are particularly interested in solutions that can maintain multi‑source address datasets, provide high‑accuracy address matching, offer efficient bulk data exploration, support temporary address creation, and integrate seamlessly with key Cadent systems. The information gathered through this exercise will be used to validate technical feasibility, refine functional and non-functional requirements and assess market maturity.
