T916 Finance Office Refurbishment

The University of Essex is seeking tenders for a project to convert the existing level finance offices rooms 4sw.6.6 - 6.22 into a new teaching suite for use by Health and Social Care. This will consist of a range of large teaching spaces, with smaller adjoined consultation rooms; these have the benefit of 1 way mirror systems for bespoke teaching purposes. To facilitate this teaching we also intend to install a small kitchen area, various store rooms and office space
