Condition Report Refurbishment Works Phase 3

This contract is for general building works on six County Farm sites, to include works to dwellings and outbuildings. A mini competition was held between contractors on Lot 1A of the Council's Minor Construction Works framework (reference NCCT42491). All suppliers on Lot 1A were invited to bid.
