T0915 - BMS Upgrade to the Queens Building - AWARD

To take on the role of Principal Contractor for the BMS Upgrade to the Queens Building. A comprehensive project outline, specification and associated drawings are provided in Appendix 01 through to 06. However, a brief summary is provided below; From Monday 25th June 2018 to Friday 31st August the contractor will be required to upgrade the contents of 9 no. control panels throughout the building with "Trend" panels. The location of the panels are highlighted on the drawings contained in Appendix 01. The contractor shall replace the existing Johnston sensors with the equivalent Trend units. Full details on this are provided in Appendix 02.
