The Service require a solution which will: Support the management of the vehicles and the crews effectively provide accurate and timely information to both crews and management manage and optimise routes and ad-hoc work enable effective two way communications between managers and crews improve the collection, processing, storage of data from day to day activities increase the use of the data collected, particularly to drive improvements in service delivery build an accurate and up to date inventory of assets and a history of their condition and cleaning cycles
