Culture Definition Programme

The project will involve the delivery of a culture definition exercise, beginning with a senior leadership workshop to identify the initial themes and strategic areas that will underpin ONS's cultural framework. These emerging themes will then be tested and refined through engagement activities, including stakeholder consultations and listening groups. Insights gathered from this process will inform and shape the final definition of ONS's organisational culture.
