Description
Moat Homes Limited is a housing association that own and manage approximately 22,000 properties across the southeast of England. The geographical spread of Moat properties are Kent, London, Essex and Sussex. Ensuring 100% compliancy with Fire, Lifts, Asbestos, Gas, Electrical and Legionella services is something that Moat are very proud of being able to achieve. We are now looking for an experienced single provider to support us in maintaining 100% compliance by delivering LOLER Inspections to both passenger and domestic lifts in Moat properties. There are 97 passenger lifts and 118 domestic lifts that are subject to LOLER inspections.
