Responsive repairs and maintenance and grounds maintenance

ForHousing has awarded a contract under the Procurement for Housing (PfH) Responsive Repairs and Void Property Services Framework Agreement, for the provision of Responsive Repairs, Maintenance and Grounds Maintenance. The contract has a 10-year term and has been called off from the PfH Framework using the Direct Award mechanism, as set out within the Framework Agreement, to Liberty Group Investments Limited (Liberty) being ranked number 1 on Lot 1 (North West Region) of the Responsive Repairs and Void Property Services Framework Agreement. The annual value of the contract is £30m, with a total estimated value of £300m over the full term.
