Description
Re-roof Diss Cemetery Chapel. Remove ridge and tiles Remove battern and replace with new Inspect boarding and replace if required Fit new felt membrane Replace all guttering Replace broken tiles with new tiles (matching original tile) Replace broken ridge with new ridge All waste removed from site All work to be completed in two stages, this is to allow burial cars to access the cemetery past the scaffolding needed for the work. The left wing of the roof to be completed first, then scaffolding removed and erected on right hand wing of the Chapel to complete the right hand wing of the roof. All new tiles to be placed at the rear of the Chapel roof. Ridge tiles are made up of two different designs, one very ornate the other plain, a price for both ridge designs would be preferred.
