Non fatal tree felling incident

As an independent expert to contribute in the investigation of a non-fatal tree felling incident at the corner of Adelaide Avenue and St Margaret's Road, Brockley, on 25 September 2018. ARB MATTERS LIMITED are requested to: • To provide a report, having assessed the relevant evidence • to assist the Court in the event of a prosecution in understanding what legal and industry standards the suspect company should have adhered to at the time of the incident in the risk assessment, allocation and conduct of the work at the incident site on 25 September 2018 • and in what ways the company met or did not meet those standards at the time of the incident.
