Description
Wakefield Council is seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified Provider to carry out the design, manufacture and supply of Christmas lights across the Wakefield District. It is expected that a single Provider will be appointed to a 4 year framework commencing in June 2018. It is currently the Council's intention to call-off for the design, manufacture and supply of Christmas lights for Wakefield City Centre in the first year of the framework in accordance with the Indicative Initial Project Timescales set out in Section 3 of the ITT. Thereafter the Council may, at its sole discretion, place orders for the design, manufacture and supply of Christmas lights as and when required during the Framework Period for other areas across the District.
