Provision of Training - Professional Standards Leadership Development Programme

This is a call off from Hampshire County Council's DPS for the Provision of Specialist Learning & Development Services, Lot 12, reference AS08703. The requirement is specifically for a Programme of services for Professional Standards with the construct of the Learning Solution to achieve specific outcomes as detailed below: - A shared purpose; what are the PSD department goals and how each individual contributes to those goals. - Clarity on respective roles in the team; how they come together as a stronger, more diverse and cohesive unit to inspire delivery across all teams. - Personal development for each leader and collective ownership for team outcomes to deliver a high level of performance. - As a team, embed the right culture, foster talent and motivate their respective teams to achieve PSD and Force priorities.
