MASTERPLANNING DESIGN TEAM AT Tendring and Colchester Borders Garden Community (TCBGC)

A large-scale new settlement in Essex, formally allocated in the Colchester BC and Tendring DC Local Plans for up to 9,000 new homes. This is one of the largest development opportunities within the Clarion Housing Group portfolio, delivering new homes and development land to the third-party housebuilding market from 2025 and over the following 20 years. Latimer/Clarion is seeking to procure the services of a masterplanning design team to help deliver this project. Current scope is to secure outline planning consent
