North East Lincolnshire Council require the following works to be completed at a two storey residential property in a highly residential area within Park Ward, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. The works include, strip out, drainage installation and repairs, roofing repairs, internal repairs including new stud walls, flooring, electrical works, domestic plumbing and mechanical works and window and door replacements.
