Description
NICE is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement on behalf of the NHS and Health Education England (HEE), which: — identifies the Providers of medical and healthcare published Content Resources and related services that will meet the needs of eligible Purchasing Authorities and Beneficiaries throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland; — provides a range of Content Resources with no barriers to the type and breadth of Content Resources that could be supplied through the Framework; — contains a wide breath of Provider type i.e. direct publishers, agents and other intermediaries e.g. booksellers. The Framework Agreement will list the Providers from whom the NHS and its partners can purchase with confidence and without the need for full competitive tendering. Appointed Providers to the Framework will: — meet specified content, technical and service requirements; — use pricing models appropriate for the NHS; — adhere to the Terms & Conditions required by the NHS; — add value for Purchasing Authorities. Please note an Expression of Interest (EOI) is required. This is to ensure all interested parties receive all responses to clarification questions. Please see the Instructions to Tender for details.
