Audit Wales work for 2021-22 audits

Full audit of the Arts Council of Wales lottery and Sports council of Wales lottery 2021-22 financial statements. Both audits are completed under an extant Memorandum of Understanding (2015) with Audit Wales. The MOU is the basis for the arrangement and conduct of the audit work. The lottery etc act 1993 requires these bodies lottery accounts to audited by C&AG/NAO, but the bodies are part of the Welsh government. Audit Wales complete the audits of the lottery accounts, alongside their statutory audit of these bodies Welsh government funded accounts, on the C&AG's behalf as the only practicable supplier
