Durham County Council holds the budget for the regional Integrated Care System (ICS) Population Health and Prevention Board, which is to be used to fund the provision of an alcohol early intervention service to health and social care staff in the North East & North Cumbria area who are drinking at increasing risk and higher risk levels.
